Being a great agency that is able to acquire and retain clients, to deliver great service and to do their own marketing isn't easy. But building a business around these key areas isn't impossible. It requires drive, motivation and continuous learning. That continuous learning includes optimisation and new ideas which often come from external consultants who can throw a fresh view and open your eyes to new things or to how you can better do the things you already do.
